The Last Breath

THE LAST BREATH
By Leonardo Delizo

The last breath is the pusher and the puller of my life. I do not know when my last breath comes. It serves me as the reminder that I must act now to live life to the fullest; to bring out the best of me; to say endlessly that I love you, I need you, I care for you, I am sorry, I confess, I forgive, I forget, I remember, and I am happy; It is a reminder to act now to express my feelings, my emotions, my joy, my sorrow and my hope; to witness; to share; to preach; to value and treasure all the people and events coming into my life; to serve faithfully and enthusiastically with pride and integrity to my neighbors; to contribute significant, memorable and remarkable contribution to my surroundings; to be cautious, sensitive, careful and thoughtful to my loved ones.

The last breath serves me as the reminder that I must act now to experience greeting, smiling, crying, laughing, praising, singing, dancing, shouting and yelling; It mandates me that I must do an opening and closing prayer in my daily life, that I must say in every seconds of my life that I love and I thank the LORD.

At the time of my last breath, I am very hopeful that there is always a miracle to prolong my life with the signature of my Great GOD to serve and to love you more. AMEN!
